Buying a home is a major decision. In order to protect your investment you'll want to have insights into the all the conditions present in a house before you make an offer.

Sound Insights helps alleviate uncertainty around buying and selling a home, and provides you detailed information and leverage for negotiating the best deal.

Homes are complex structures and contain many different systems and components that (if overlooked) can sometimes lead to costly repairs or surprises in the future. Home inspections help take some of the mystery out of the buying process by visually inspecting these systems and components, and their condition, and looking for any potential signs that might be symptoms of a larger problem.

My approach is geared toward guiding my clients through the inspection process as a partner they can trust and providing clear, detailed, and impartial information about the home and its systems.

Timely Communication: when you contact Sound Insights I'll get back to you the same day to confirm your request (typically in a few hours).

Expedited Reporting: I'll provide you my written report within 24hrs of the inspection complete with summaries, pictures, and annotations.

Established Standards: I provide inspections performed to the InterNACHI Standards of Practice.

Evaluations and Referrals: as a home inspector I do not specialize in any singular system or component of a home. If a further evaluation of a system is recommended during my inspection, I will note which professional trades to consult, and can provide referrals when/if necessary.
